The Village's objective is to provide all materials necessary to the contractor in order to compete the work described on the approved plans. This contract is intended as LABOR ONLY. The Village of Croton-on-Hudson will supply all materials needed to perform the work. Other than labor, the contractor will be expected to use their own tools, scaffolding, and any specialty equipment needed to complete project. o The Village, under a separate contract, is currently installing the footings and foundation walls for the proposed addition.
