Aircraft Maintenance Provider to provide aircraft maintenance services at the Graham Municipal Airport, which is located at 1810 Fourth Street, Graham, Texas. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities in the procedure, to accept only part of a proposal (in the event of multiple-item proposals) and to accept the proposal that the Owner considers to be the best value proposal. Bid proposals must be in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas The Owner reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, to award contracts for individual products or services as may appear advantageous, and to negotiate separately in any manner necessary to serve the best interest of the Owner. No proposals may be withdrawn for a period of fifteen (15) days subsequent to the deadline for receipt of proposals without the prior written consent of the City of Graham, Texas.
