As of January 30, 2025 the project has been put on hold by owner. The original bid follows below. __________________________________________________________________ Pre-bid RFI's are acceptable until 9/19/2024 by 2:00 PM; any RFI's submitted after this date and time may not be answered. Project Team: Construction Manager - 6D PMCM Ian Brakey (CM); ian.brakey@6dpmcm.com, 916-693-0316 Deshonne Hall (PM); deshonne.hall@6dpmcm.com Installation of 6'-0" high chain link fence and gates, along with site improvements & parking. *It's the responsibility of all bidders to thoroughly review and capture the content of the drawings / contract documents in its entirety. Bidders' failure to capture drawings in its entirety during bid will be responsible for all costs associated with missed scope due to lack of coordination. There is no engineer's estimate for value; however, the estimated project value is expected to be under $500,000.
