Site work for a water / sewer project in N Wilkesboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: 1. Division 01 - Pump Station a. Construction of a 210-gpm duplex submersible wastewater pump station with associated 10-foot diameter wetwell. Work also includes associated electrical components, emergency generator, required site improvements, and access road. Located along Speedway Rd (SR-2355). 2. Division 02 - Gravity Sewer a. Construction of 4,800 LF of 8-inch gravity sewer located along Speedway Rd. (SR2355) and across private property. 3. Division 03 - Force Main a. Construction of 4,110 LF of 6-inch force main located along Speedway Rd (SR2355). Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price and lump sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Project has an expected duration of 450 days.
