DESCRIPTION: Perform the removal and proper disposal of an existing unit and installing a new fully operational Turnkey Trane IntelliPak1 60-Ton Roof Top Unit (RTU) package air conditioning unit with variable speed compressors, coated condenser coils, R454B refrigerant, and must be fully compatible with the existing building air conditioning control system (Tracer) and provide certified test and balance.
