Renovation of a mixed-use development in Wilmington, Delaware. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project scope of work includes removing and replacing all exterior window glazing, removing, and replacing all interior and exterior caulking, scraping, and painting of all interior and exterior window frames. The scope also includes exterior doors with damaged glazing will also have the glazing replaced. All exterior hollow metal doors and frames will also be prepared and painted to match the new paint on the window frames. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security equivalent to ten percent of the bid amount and all additive alternates. The successful bidder must post a performance bond and payment bond in a sum equal to 100 percent of the contract price upon execution of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities therein. Plans are available for this project. To obtain a set, please contact the owner
