Provide an 18 month full labor and material Warranty and Guarantee of workmanship. 8. Provide 10 Year Roof Warranty and Guarantee from GC and roofing company. 9. Provide a Certificate of Occupancy from License and Inspection 10. Provide Certified Payrolls and HUDs section 3 with each draw request.
