Renovation of a multi-residential development in Wilmington, Delaware. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
2.1 The project consists of demolishing the existing fire alarm system and installing a new fire alarm system compliant with current state and city codes, and the current IBC and NFPA codes. All devices and equipment shall be new. Raceways may be reused if feasible. Wiring shall be new. The fire alarm system design and installation shall be part of the contractor's responsibility. 2.2 Contractor shall coordinate all work with the building owner, and the City of Wilmington Fire Marshal's Office.
