Kent County is seeking proposals from consultants that are qualified and experienced in Lead Hazard Reduction programming to provide the following services: Assist in program design, development of workplan, timeline, goal setting, and establishing benchmarks in accordance with HUD's Office of Lead Hazard Control and Healthy Homes (OLHCHH) Lead Hazard Reduction Capacity Building Grant Program. Assist in the development of written policies and procedures in accordance with HUD's OLHCHH guidelines and requirements. Provide technical support to develop and draft program forms, checklists, Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), and other materials.
