Renovation of a mixed-use development in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Northview Public Schools is soliciting bids for Northview Public Schools Administration Building renovation. In order to be considered, all proposals must include a sworn and notarized familial relationship disclosure statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the board of education or the superintendent of the school district and the school district shall not accept any bid that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement. All bids must also include bid security bond of 5% and all other certifications and bid forms required under the bidding documents. Northview Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, or to award the contract to other than the bidder submitting the best financial bid (low bidder), in its sole and absolute discretion.
