Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in False Pass, Alaska. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,097-square-foot water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; office development; office development; warehouse / distribution facility; and warehouse / distribution facility.
The City of False Pass is constructing a new 3,097 s.f. harbormaster's house at the existing publicly accessible boat harbor in False Pass, Alaska. The new harbormaster's house will allow for constant monitoring of the harbor and will offer public conveniences for recreation. The facility will include workspaces for the harbormaster, housing (additive alternate), public showers, public restrooms, public laundry facilities, and a maintenance garage. This pre-engineered metal building structure will be situated on a minimally improved existing site along the Isanotski Strait. The project scope is split into a base bid incorporating the public areas, office and maintenance garage (2,093 s.f.), and an additive alternate incorporating the harbormaster's apartment (1,004 s.f.).
