Site work for a transportation facility in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
This project includes: The construction of a new monument sign on a reinforced concrete foundation. The monument sign will be constructed using CMU and a cast stone veneer. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid will be required to accompany bids. Contract Bonding shall also be required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in bidding. The Authority has determined that there NO SBE/DBE participation goals will be prescribed for this project. As a good corporate citizen JAA fully supports the usage of SBE/DBE on JAA projects. We encourage our business partners to maximize the utilization of SBE/DBEs at every opportunity. This project will be bid as a single contract. Bid prices may be held for up to 90 days. It is the sole responsibility of each prospective bidder to assure that the Office of the Manager, Engineering & Construction, is kept informed of his or her current mailing address, telephone number and fax number.
