Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Flagler Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The project consists of site mobilization and demobilization; removal of surface crushed shell; excavate approximately 14" of material within the borders shown on the plans; prepare and compact subbase soil; add geotextile material; add and compact aggregate base; add approximately 1" of bedding sand; install open-cell pavers in a running bond grid pattern sloping gradually toward the existing retention area; fill cells with specified material; and all other ancillary work as indicated on plans. All questions relative to an interpretation of specifications or the bid process may be submitted by email to: poverstreet@cityofflaglerbeach.com. Deadline for submittal of questions is Monday, November 4, 2024 at 5:00 pm. Upon award, the successful Bidder will also be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory contract - one hundred percent (100%) Performance and Construction Bonds to be recorded by the Bidder, with the Clerk of the Court, Flagler County, Florida and to enter into a contract for services with the City of Flagler Beach.
