Department of Energy, Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Desert Southwest Region (DSW) issues this combination Synopsis / Solicitation 89503124QWA000326, for "GE Breaker Repair Services" in accordance with the attached specifications. 2. This acquisition is set-aside for Total Small Business; the applicable NAICS is 335311 - Power, Distribution, and Specialty Transformer Manufacturing with a size standard of 800 employees. 3. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract. This award will be made to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer that conforms to the RFQ. 4. The Contracting Officer is not responsible for locating or obtaining any information not identified in the quote. If you wish to quote the attached items, please quote all items, as a purchase order will be awarded to only one vendor. The Government reserves the right to make no award resulting from this RFQ.
