As of April 24, 2025, construction has not started. Construction is anticipated to start June 2025. The construction completion date is November 20, 2026. McGough is issuing a bid extension for the Hector Terminal Expansion & Renovation – Skyway Bid packages 1-17 will be due November 14th, 2024 at 2:00 PM. This is due to a forthcoming addendum. These requirements include, but are not limited to, compliance with: Federal Non discrimination Acts and Authorities, the Buy American Act, Occupation Safety and Health Administration Regulations, and Federal Regulations regarding participation by Disadvantaged Business Enterprises. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to see that the Proposal is received before the submission deadline. Late Proposals will not be considered. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities and minor irregularities in bids, and to accept the bid deemed, in the opinion of the Owner, to be in the best interest of the Owner.
