The Metro Flood Diversion Authority (the Authority ) is seeking statements of qualifications from construction contractors for the accomplishing work associated with the installation of signage related to the development of the Fargo-Moorhead Area Flood Risk Management Project through an on-call contract. The Authority intends to enter into Master Agreements for Construction Services with the five most qualified construction contractors responding to the Request for Qualifications for Signage On-Call Contract, allowing each construction contractor under a MACS to propose on the installation of signage, and other components across the Flood Risk Management Project in North Dakota and Minnesota through individual Task Orders. All Proposers should be advised that if awarded, the Construction Contractor shall comply with the (i) American Iron and Steel requirements; (ii) Civil Rights requirements; (iii) Equal Employment Opportunity requirements; (iv) create an affirmative action plan; (v) provide evidenced of compliance with the Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) participation; (vi) and provide evidence of compliance with the Davis Bacon Act as more fully set forth in the draft MACS. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all statements of qualifications and to waive informalities therein.
