Renovation of a parking garage in Fayetteville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
Question Deadline 10/02/2024 at 5:00 PM CT The City of Fayetteville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive informalities. The City of Fayetteville, pursuant to the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as amended, does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, or sex. The bidder, by virtue of submitting a bid, hereby agrees to the applicable provisions of said Act. Public Works Shed Roof Removal, Disposal, Repair, and Replacement. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following: Equipment shed roof of approximately 27' x 132', or 3564 sq foot area. Existing roofing, rafters, decking, etc. are to be removed and disposed of properly. Install new rafters and lathing. Match with existing overhang in front. Install new decking. Install wood fascia. Install new metal screw down roof. Install metal edge trim around perimeter. Include costs of all material, labor, equipment rentals, incidentals, applicable permits, etc., required to complete the job. Any variances from specifications/drawings must be approved in writing by the contractor and representative of the City of Fayetteville, Public Works Director. Project start date to be specified by contractor and agreed upon by Public Works Director. QUALIFICATIONS OF BIDDER: 1. Must provide proof of State of Tennessee Contractor's License appropriate for work being performed. 2. Must provide proof of Workers Compensation insurance. 3. Must provide proof of General Liability insurance. 4. Must provide proof of City of Fayetteville Business License, if required. 5. Must provide three (3) references for similar work performed. 6. Must provide minimum of five (5) year workmanship guarantee on labor and materials contractor provides.
