Description

Synopsis: The City, in conformance with the Consultants' Competitive Negotiations Act (CCNA), Florida Statutes Section 287.055, and the policies and procedures of the Florida Department of State, Division of Historic preservation, and the City of Lake Butler, is soliciting SOQs from professional engineering firms with State qualified historic preservation architects, for the re-roofing, re-flooring, and new windows of the Historic Townsend Building. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, to waive any irregularity, and to take all submittals under advisement for a period of sixty (60) days.
