Scope of Work: Design activities include survey, environmental permitting per North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) guidelines, quantity calculation, cost estimates, and final construction plans and specifications for bidding. The awarded consultant will conduct design engineering services per McKenzie County and NDDOT requirements. Multiple sets of contract documents are to be developed for the Multi-Use Path Safe Streets for All project and forthe Segments, Curves, and Intersections Safe Streets for All project. The project scope and budget will be tracked and McKenzie County will be notified of any potential changes. Additional services, if required, may be negotiated and supplemental agreements issued based on the consultant's performance, the consultants proposal and available funding. All work shall be performed to McKenzie County and NDDOT standards and procedures. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
