Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a fire / police facility in Canfield, Ohio. Completed plans call for the addition of a 1,450-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility; for the demolition of a fire / police facility; for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
1. General Construction Only, Including All Civil, Structural, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, and Demolition. The Estimated Cost of Construction for the Project is $150,000.00 the Police Station Will Be Open for Visitation by Appointment Only. All Bids Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the Form of Either: (1). A Bid Guaranty / Contract Bond for the Full Amount of the Bid, or (2). A Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Letter of Credit Prusuant to Chapter 1305, Orc, in the Amount of Not Less Than Ten (10%) Percent of the Total Bid Pursuant to Chapter 153 of the Ohio Revised Code. The Bid Guaranty Shall Be Made Unconditionally Payable to the City of Canfield Each Individual Employed by the Contractor and Subcontractors Engaged in Work on This Project Shall Be Paid the Prevailing Wage Established by the Department of Industrial Relations of the State of Ohio. The Owner Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids, to Waiver Any Informalities in Bidding and to Accept Any Bid Proposal Deemed Most Favorable to the Owner.
