Renovation of a municipal facility in Toledo, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Facilities Department has solicited professional design services and is prepared to advertise for electrical work required for furniture upgrades at the Lucas County Emergency Services Building located at 2144 Monroe Street, Toledo, Ohio 43604. The project will require multiple mobilizations and phasing for disconnecting, removing, and relocating existing 120v circuits and data cabling for furniture connections due to the building's 24 hour daily operation. Additionally, the electrical contractor will need to develop a construction schedule with the selected furniture vendor. A signed Bond with seal for the full amount of the Bid, meeting the requirements of section 153.54 to 153.57, Ohio Revised code, OR a certified check payable to the Lucas County Treasurer for ten percent (10%) of the full amount of the bid, must be included with each bid or the bid will be disqualified. Bonds will be returned to unsuccessful bidders within thirty (30) days of contract award. Electronic Bids only will be received by the Board of County Commissioners, Lucas County, Ohio, One Government Center, Suite 800, Toledo, Ohio 43604-2259 and opened immediately thereafter for Electrical Furniture Upgrades at the Lucas County EMS Facility 2144 Monroe Street, Toledo, Ohio 43604.
