Each Bathroom shall be constructed to ADA standards. The building shall be 10-inch mono slab concrete construction with 2-inch insulation around perimeter. Fourinch concrete with plumbing to accommodate fixtures and rebar on 24-inch layout. Wood frame construction 16 on center, 1- ADA entrance door with handle. Insulation to be R21 walls and R38 in ceiling. Full sheetrock throughout. FRP board for wainscot on walls. Buildings shall have one center floor drain, one toilet, one urinal, an emergency eye wash station, and one wash sink. Buildings shall have a double wall construction where water and drains are located to accommodate cold weather insulation. Buildings shall have a 4-12 pitch roof and a 16-inch overhang with vented soffit. Buildings will have one interior light with a bath fan, and one exterior light on a motion sensor. One electrical circuit for a 120-v water heater and one circuit for a baseboard heater with wall thermostat. Buildings shall be sided and roofed in metal. Buildings shall have one privacy glass window installed. Rain gutters and down spouts installed typical.
