Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Southern Shores, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Clearing, grubbing, and erosion control -Removal of the existing culvert on Trinitie Trail for Canvas Back Canal to be replaced with the construction of a bridge at the same location. -Construction of approximately280 linear feet of two-lane curb& gutter section roadway on existing Trinitie Trail. -Construction of storm drainage systems associated with the proposed roadway, consisting of ditches, flumes, and roadway drainage pipes. -Traffic control, surface restoration, and all associated appurtenances as described in the Bidding Documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject the Proposal of any Bidder submitting a proposal which is not responsive to the bid document or the proposal of any Bidder which is found not responsible for carrying out the scope and intent of the bid document. One copy of the Contract Documents will also be available for reference at the Town Hall.
