The work to be performed under this Contract consists of rehabilitation of approximately 48,000 linear feet of 12-inch to 27-inch sanitary sewer pipe by the cured-in-place-pipe method, the rehabilitation of 213 manholes, and all other related appurtenances. The Bidder shall show evidence by including its current license number during registration and clearly displaying on the outside of the sealed envelope in which the Bid is delivered. Applications for prequalification for bidding will be received by Poly, Inc. at 1935 Headland Avenue, Dothan, AL 36303 until 2:00 PM local time on October 3, 2024. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive technical errors if, in the Owner's judgment, the best interest of the Owner will thereby be promoted. The Owner further reserves the right to negotiate price and time with the low bidder. This project is funded by a Clean Water State Revolving Fund Loan from the Alabama Department of Environmental Management.
