Site work for a water / sewer project in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of the following project, Primary Clarifier Sludge and Scum Improvements as follows: Project includes the procurement and installation of primary clarifier sludge screens at the Fort Wayne Water Pollution Control Plant. Work includes the removal of scum screening equipment, installation of sludge screening equipment, piping, electrical, and all other appurtenances. No Bid may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after the scheduled time for receipt of Bids so as to allow review of Bids before announcing award of Contract. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount no less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders. The Board also reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid. Question Deadline 10/07/2024
