Site work and paving for a road / highway in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Improve the alley bounded by East Pontiac St, East Leith St, Lafayette St, and Clinton St. by removing and replacing the old, deteriorated alley and pouring a new concrete alleys. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
