Site work for a civil project in Altoona, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and bridge / tunnel.

Question Deadline 09/26/2024 at 1:00 PM CT Question Cuttoff Date & Time Deliveries shall be F.O.B Destination. The Iowa Department of Transportation is seeking bids to Remove and replace W-beam with Trinity SoftStop End Terminal. 155 linear foot of W-beam to be replaced. Interstate 80 East Bound right shoulder Mile Marker 246.3. The contractor is responsible for hauling the TBR back to the Coralville Maintenance Garage using contractor's own equipment. Completion date of work by October 24, 2024. Contract Award One contract will be awarded for all lines. All lines are tied. It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible contractor whose submitted quote is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule. Other factors may also include a comprehensive review of bidders past work performance, and work capacity.
