The Genesee Transportation Council (GTC) seeks consulting firm proposals for the Safe Streets for All (SS4A) Regional Safety Program. Selected firms will develop local road safety plans (LRSPs) for individual counties within one of three sub-regions of the GTC planning area. One consultant team will be selected for the Central region, which includes Monroe County and the City of Rochester; a second for the West region, which includes Orleans, Genesee, Wyoming, and Livingston counties; and a third for the East region, which includes Wayne, Ontario, Yates, and Seneca counties.
