Completed plans call for the demolition of a swimming pool; for the construction of a 2,570-square-foot swimming pool; for site work for a swimming pool; sidewalk / parking lot; and for the renovation of a swimming pool.
Demolition of an existing outdoor pool, construction of a new outdoor aquatic center, consisting of a swimming pool having a water surface area of 2570 sq. ft. Water features include 3/4 meter springboard diving, spray features, and swimming pool slides(Alternate). Site work includes walks, fencing (Alternate), Shade Structure (Alternate), concrete deck, and other site-related work.
