Leaving the existing field membrane in place. Repair and prepare to receive a new layer of Dens Deck Prime installed directly over the existing EPDM roof membrane and mechanically attaching with the approved PVC manufacturer fasteners and plates conforming to FM 1-75 attachment requirements. Provide and install a new layer of Dens Deck Primed over the existing field membrane. Stagger all joints and mechanically attach with the approved PVC manufacturer fasteners and plates, per the approved PVC manufacturers installation and detail requirements and the following specifications and conforming to FM 1-75 attachment requirements. All restroom exhaust fan curbs must be raised to a height of 10 above the elevation of the existing roofing substrate. All mechanical curbs less than 8 above the finished elevation of the existing roofing substrate must be raised to a height of 10 above the existing roofing substrate. Provide and install a new adhered 80 mil Single Ply Thermoplastic (PVC) Roofing Membrane with factory laminated felt backing along with flashings and other components to comprise a roofing system per the following specifications. Membrane color to be Energy Smart White. Install a new clad metal detail at the perimeter edge where required per the following specifications and detail requirements. Install per PVC manufacturers details and installation requirements. PWP NUMBER: PWP-CL-2026-054
