requested. The PTC reserves the right to reject any or all bids. PTC may terminate any resulting contract upon a thirty (30) day
written notice. All bids must be received via the PA Turnpike
Commission Vendor Portal no later than the assigned bid opening time, or they will be considered non-responsive.
Electronic Bids will be opened at the bid opening time and date specified above. Official bid results will be made
available after evaluation and award have been finalized Inquiries: All questions concerning this proposal must be submitted through the Q & A function on the RFx in the
Vendor Portal. Telephone and email inquiries will not be answered.
Questions submitted via the Vendor Portal Q & A will be visible to all potential bidders The bidder who posed the
question will not be publicly identified. It is the Bidder's responsibility to review the Q & A section of the RFx and
abide by any information provided therein.
