The public dial-in number to participate in the bid opening via teleconference call is +1 (408) 650-3123 and Access Code 680-725-869 Bids must be accompanied by a cashiers check or a bid bond from a surety company holding a permit in the State of Texas for an amount equal to 2% of the amount bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in bidding in case of lack of clarity in stating prices or bid submittals. Question Deadline 10/04/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
