Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Falconer, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
Project consisting of the construction of a 40 x40 x16 Pole Barn at the DPW Highway Department, 1 Coleson Drive, Falconer, NY 14733. Bids must include prevailing wage, proof of liability insurance ($1,000,000 minimum), workers compensation, if necessary, and a non-collusive bidding certificate. The Bidder to whom the contract may be awarded shall be prepared to offer sureties and sign the Contract for the Work within seven (7) days after the date of the Notice of Award. In case of Bidder s failure to do so, or in case of Bidder s failure to give further security as herein prescribed, the Bidder will be considered as having abandoned the contract. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted.
