Additions and Renovations Marple Campus. The Building Project consists additions and renovation to the Marple Campus including: a. New two-story Practical Nursing Program addition. b. New one-story Early Intervention waiting addition. c. New one-story Receiving addition. d. New one-story storage addition. e. Renovations to existing building. f. Systematic MEP upgrades. g. Associated sitework and improvements. Project Location: Marple Campus, 85 N. Malin Road, Broomall, PA 19008. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 10 percent (10%) of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the actual day of opening thereof unless the Project is delayed by the required approval of another governmental agency, the sale of bonds or the award of a grant, in which case Bids shall be irrevocable for one hundred twenty (120) days after Bid opening. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder.
