The names of those who have secured plans/specifications may be obtained at online. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. scope:- This project involves site preparation for a parking lot expansion, walking track reconfiguration, stormwater management, landscaping, and all appurtenant work. This project is being funded in part by grants from the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) Community Conservation Partnerships Program, and is subject to prevailing wage rates as determined by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. Marple Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part of a bid, and to waive any informality in a bid as they deem for the best interest of Marple Township.
