Southeast Substation Transformer The Villages Estimates for this project is as follows: Bid Item 100: 12/16/20 MVA Power Transformer: $ 1,601,250.00 Bid Item 100A: 15/20/25 MVA Power Transformer: $1,901,250.00 Bid Item 100B: 12/16/20 MVA Power Transformer, FR3 Cooled: $1,701,250.00 Bid Item 100C: 15/20/25 MVA Power Transformer, FR3 Cooled: $2,001,250.00 In general, the Work consists of the manufacture and furnishing of all equipment as specified in the bidding documents and F.O.B. delivery of said equipment. Bids must be signed and submitted on the separate bidding forms included in the Bidding Documents, sealed in an envelope properly marked with the project name and shall be accompanied by either a Bid Guaranty Bond in the amount of 100% of the Bid amount or by a certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit on a solvent bank in the amount of not less than 10% of the amount of the Bid, subject to conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder shall withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive irregularities in any Bid, and to accept any Bid which is deemed by Owner to be most favorable to the Owner.
