This project is for the Regents Hall Boiler Replacement Project. Project consists of replacement of the heating hot water boilers, addition of dedicated boiler pumps, addition of an air separator to the heating hot water system, replacement of gas fired unit heater with hydronic unit heater, replacement of louvered doors and frames, replacement of heating hot water pumps, replacement of chilled/heating water pumps and removal of the abandoned domestic water tank pump/piping. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee of not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the base bid. A 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond shall be furnished by the successful bidder. All bonding and insurance requirements are contained in the Instruction to Bidders and/or General Conditions.
