Furnishing of all labor, materials, supplies, tools, appliances, equipment, services, etc., necessary for the New Nursing Building, as set forth in the specifications and as shown on the drawings for as prepared by and approved by Facilities Management, Murray State University under the terms and conditions of this Invitation. This project consists of 46,577 square feet of new construction for the School of Nursing and Health Professions and the University's Health Clinic. The two-story building will contain a mixture of offices, classrooms, labs, study rooms, exam rooms and a dining venue. There will be a base bid and three alternates.
