Renovation of a mixed-use development in Mount Vernon, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.
Sealed bids will be received by the Knox County Commissioners, as provided in this notice for the Knox County Fairgrounds - Swine Barn Contract documents, which include additional details of the Project, are on file at the office of MKC Architects, 161 North 4th Street, Columbus, OH 43215. The Project is located at 601 Fairgrounds Road, Mount Vernon, OH 43050. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the County reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility. The total estimated construction cost for the base bid work for the Project for which bids are being solicited at this time is $500,000.
