This Project will replace approximately 2,900 linear feet of existing water mains in Concord Avenue and Midvale Place with new 8-inch DIP mains. The existing mains include almost entirely 4-inch CIP mains, with some small segments of recently-installed 8-inch DIP at connection points. Water services and hydrants will be constructed as part of the water main replacements. The project also involves rehabilitation of AC pavement and concrete replacements (curb, gutter, ramps, etc.) following the water main replacement work. The City will deduct five (5) percent retention from all progress payments. Total construction duration is One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days. Pre-Bid Inquiries shall be received in written form by the City contact no later than 4:00 p.m., on Thursday, February 13, 2025. No questions received after this date shall be considered.
