Intersection Improvements to County Route 15 (Monmouth Road) and Palmer Avenue. The work to be performed under this Contract consists of the Intersection Improvements to County Route 15 (Monmouth Road) and Palmer Avenue, Borough of West Long Branch, Monmouth County, New Jersey. Proposed improvements entail installation of a new traffic signal equipment, construction of full depth pavement, concrete curb, concrete sidewalk, ADA compliant curb ramps, drainage improvements; milling and overlaying of the roadway; topsoiling, fertilizing, seeding, and mulching; signing and striping; and any other incidental and necessary work shown on the construction plans and as further described herein. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
