Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in West Long Branch, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The scope of Work contemplated for the abovenamed Project includes, the removal and replacement of damaged and/or deteriorating concrete curb, replacing limited sections of sidewalk, the installation and/or repair of existing drainage pipe and inlets, milling of the existing pavement surface, and the installation of pavement base course or base course repairs as needed as determined by visual inspection of the milled pavement surface and a 2-inch pavement surface course overlay. All Work on this Contract shall be completed within 75 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed. a Bid Bond or a Certified Check drawn to the order of The Borough of West Long Branch for not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price amount, except that the check shall not exceed $20,000.00. The successful Bidder is hereby notified that a Performance and Payment Bonds for the full amount of this Project is required. Docs notes : Bidders interested in receiving bid packages electronically will be provided with a link to download the documents after receipt of proper notice and payment of a non-refundable charge of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) payable to T&M Associates to defray the cost thereof. Bidders interested in obtaining hard copies of the documents in person from the office must make an appointment with Patti Sirico. Bidders will be furnished with a hard copy of the Contract Documents upon proper notice and payment of a non-refundable charge of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) payable to T&M Associates at the offices of T&M Associates to defray the cost thereof. The Borough of West Long Branch reserves the right to reject any and all Bid Packets to the extent permitted by law.
