Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Summit Hill, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
PUBLIC NOTICE The Summit Hill Heritage Center (SHHC) is seeking bids for two (2) separate contracts related to Summit Hill Heritage Center Pavilion Project, 6 W. White Street, Summit Hill, PA 18250. One contract will be for construction of the pavilion (excavation, slab on grade, installation of 10'x20' enclosed pavilion with doors, windows, roofing and gutters, etc.) and the second contract will be for electrical work at the pavilion. The contracts will be funded in whole or in part by a Local Share Account - Monroe County (LSA) grant awarded by the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Financing Authority, and as such the contracts must comply with LSA program requirements, including but not limited to the payment of Pennsylvania prevailing wage rates. SHHC will offer the contracts to the lowest qualified and responsible bidders, taking into account cost and quality of service. The bidders to whom the contracts are offered shall be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract value.
