POOL HVAC UPGRADE SOUTH FAYETTE MIDDLE SCHOOL Demolition of existing pool water heater equipment and associated connections. Demolition of existing roof dehumidification unit. New Pool dehumidification unit including piping and ductwork, wiring and power. New Pool heater and flue, including fuel, plumbing, and power connections. Startup and balancing. Alternate bid: New pool exhaust.
