Project No. 24-S29-02 POOL HVAC UPGRADE SOUTH FAYETTE TWP SCHOOL DISTRICT Bids will be received for Single Prime contract. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond payable to the South Fayette Twp School District, in an amount not less than 10 percent of the bid. The South Fayette Twp School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Contract Award November 2024 The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of upgrade to Pool HVAC system at the middle school and includes: Project information. Work covered by Contract Documents. Access to site. Coordination with occupants. Work restrictions. Specification and drawing conventions. POOL HVAC UPGRADE SOUTH FAYETTE MIDDLE SCHOOL Demolition of existing pool water heater equipment and associated connections. Demolition of existing roof dehumidification unit. New Pool dehumidification unit including piping and ductwork, wiring and power. New Pool heater and flue, including fuel, plumbing, and power connections. Startup and balancing. Alternate bid: New pool exhaust.
