The City of Frisco is seeking Best Value Bids for Concrete Pavement Joint Sealing Services Question Deadline 10/03/2024 at 4:00 PM CT Questions are to be sent to purchasing@friscotexas.gov. If required, bid security shall be submitted in the same manner as your bid. Any electronic submittals will require the vendor to provide the original hard copy within three (3) business days of the notification of intent to award. Any bid submitted without bid bond or cashiers/certified check, where required, shall be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award. Performance and/or payment bonds, when required, shall be submitted to the City, prior to commencement of any work pursuant to the agreement provisions. A performance bond will be required for all contracts over $100,000.00 and a payment bond will be required for all contracts over $50,000.00 (both payment and performance bonds are to be in the full contract amount). The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive formalities, or to proceed otherwise when in the best interest of the City.
