Description

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Woodruff, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Planning Review the initial assessment and vision of the facility with Town Council and other appropriate Town representatives. Perform detailed review of potential sites and determine necessary infrastructure to service to the Towns needs Develop master design plan and project document. The document should include schematic renderings indicating various uses, design and size of the finished building and its various components. Develop cost estimates and potential cost saving opportunities. Design, develop and prepare construction plans and specifications Prepare submittals for obtaining all permitting as may be required Assist with procurement of other professionals required Monitor schedule and budgets during design Provide a design and constructability reviews at 30, 60, and 90% design documents to reduce change order potential Confirm Town Project, budget, schedule and facility needs are met through innovative design and construction delivery methods Identify/confirm specifications, materials and equipment Suggest delivery method and bid packages Provide monthly report to the Town assigned representatives during the life of the contract construction of a new town hall.
