Renovation of a water / sewer project in Woodruff, South Carolina. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of January 30, 2025, construction is anticipated to start June 2025 and take approximately one year to complete. The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. Harper General Contractors, acting as the Construction Manager - At Risk, is requesting quotes from subcontractors and suppliers for a water treatment plant improvement project in Woodruff, SC. We are requesting final pricing for the Enoree River WWTP Improvements project in Woodruff, South Carolina on 12/10/24 by 2:00 PM. Harper is the Construction Manager-At-Risk for this project and construction is anticipated to start in Spring 2025. The plans are at the 90% design stage. The project generally includes demolition of existing mechanical and structural components, upgrades to the existing headworks and lagoons, expansion of the existing MBBR basins, construction of a new splitter box, DAF facility, pipeline UV system, effluent pump station, and effluent forcemain. The project also includes any associated electrical/SCADA upgrades, yard piping, and general site improvements to facilitate the overall scope of work.
