Renovation of a recreation facility in Livingston, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.
The project consists of Installing a new HVAC system in the Park County Exhibit Building. This includes adding a rooftop unit (RTU-1) in the exhibit section and two rooftop units (RTU 5 and RTU 6) in the dining area to serve designat- ed zones. Gas lines will be run from the existing building line to each RTU. Installation also covers thermostats, zoning systems, setup for heat pump operation, and Wi-Fi connec- tion. Modification of filter grills for 5-inch deep MERV 13 fil- ters. Metal ductwork fabrication, installation, and sealing must comply with SMACNA standards, adhering to NFPA 90A and 90B. Curbs for the RTUs are pre-installed to match the specified equip- ment. Project completion must be before June 2025.
