CIUSSS DE LA CAPITALE-NATIONALE is proceeding with a public call for tenders in order to obtain the services of a contractor to perform construction work (HOURLY RATES FOR A GENERAL CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR). This is a call for tenders for construction services to be performed on demand and the award will be made on five (5) lots, corresponding to five (5) geographic zones covering all the facilities on the territory of CIUSSSCN. One company will be selected to meet the needs of the client in each of these five (5) geographic areas. The construction work will be carried out on multiple sites. The planned start date for the works is 04 November 2024 and the duration of the works is twelve (12) months with one (1) twelve (12) month renewal option, renewable at the end of the first year, for a total possible duration of twenty-four (24) months.
