Reference Number 0000365773 BID BOND: If indicated, bid proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, but not in excess of twenty thousand ($20,000) dollars and made payable to the County of Mercer. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A.10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Performance Bond Bidder Shall Simultaneously With the Delivery of the Executed Contract, Submit an Executed Bond in the Amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Acceptable Bid as Security for the Faithful Performance Of This Contract. Failure to Submit This With the Executed Contract Shall Be Cause for Declaring the Contract Null and Void Pursuant to N.j.s.a. 40a:11-22.
